intune freezes

ive been on hold all day with tech support line and haven't gotten to speak to someone. i emailed yesterday and got a reply asking for logs from my device, but since then i've gotten no more replies. my device freezes when writing/restoring/logging on a 2007 chevy tahoe.

so basically he issued a reset but now i have a tune that says diablo must unlock before i can restore or flash a new tune. i emailed that over to customer support again today and havent heard back. this is really slow communication.
