New to form but need help

I have a i1000 got it unlocked hooked up to car program fine then car seat i unplug diablo when to plug it in and tune the car after finshing it. Now it willnt tune is says aready tune by a diablo sport product hit the ok button then it says connect to pc with internet service. Did that an updated unit still same thing an notice i have lose some tunes now. Please help.
