RMA Number

I want to return my diablosport tuner to the dealer i bought it from. I need an RMA number to do so. Can i get one from you. Thank you. Tired of all the problems related to this piece of shit tuner. U7170 is the tuner i got. Thanks.

According to them I do because of my reason for return. They don't feel they can resell it. I would like an RMA number asap. Or an update to fix this thing. My truck runs like crap with it.

Have you tried the 7r19 revision yet? If not, send me an email to
[email protected] and I will send you the crom file you need to convert it.
Otherwise, your dealer is misinformed and it would be THEM that are responsible for getting the RMA information as they are the ones sending it in and also the ones that received the payment on the Predator, it is not your responsibility.
