2009 Sierra 2500HD - Upshift MPH vs TP

I'm looking at increasing the fuel economy on my HD, and I think one of the big issues is that it holds in 4th until 65kph which is almost at 2000rpm. Being as most of my driving is city driving, I'd like it to shift around 55kph. Unfortunately my I1000 tuner doesn't have the Upshift MPH vs TP option, which is what I think I need? Is there a way to add that? Or is a custom tune my only option?
