PREDATOR UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH PCM

HI!
recently install a custom tune in my srt4 2004 and logs in for the first time in my lap top but now no connects to the pcm, and tells me to open the key.
any solution?
and check the fuse lighter, and cable dsp and all is well.
The software version is: u7134-9r22

you should just need to install the predator driver from the downloads page on our website to allow Dataviewer to connect to the tool.
