Old predator that's been sitting in the box for a long time. New to me truck and I go to update the firmware in the unit and it gets about halfway through and an error pops up (didn't record what it said unfortunately) and now there is no software/firmware in the Predator and I can't connect to it with the laptop. What do I do?
