Is the support line closed today? I've been trying to call for the past couple of hours and getting a message they are in a meeting. Seems like a bad time to have the support lines down, during lunch time on a Friday. It's the only time I'll be able to call to get my issue resolved before the weekend.

So it's 4:06pm eastern time, and now the Diablo support line is giving a message that I have reached them after hours. Then proceeds to say "normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm eastern time".

How frustrating .... So during the lunch hour, on a Friday, the lines are down due to company meetings. And now it seems they've closed early for the day. So I'm stuck until Monday without being able to use the Trinity because there's no support over the weekend.

SUCKS! Need to stay open longer!
