Replacing a dead T-1000

My Trinity died a few weeks ago and it was replaced under warranty. I have a custom Johan tune for a supercharger and was told by a Diablo tech that I would need to follow a special procedure to get my Trinity connected back up to my Charger since the stock tune is not loaded. I tried to call Friday, but your phones seemed like they were on the fritz - there was a recording stating you were all in a company meeting and things would resume within the hour. Problem was this recording continued answering all day and didn't even give the option of leaving a voicemail. I NEED to get this resolved quickly!

Can you give me written instructions for this or does it need to be over the phone?

2006 Dodge Charger SRT8
Trinity
Firmware revision: Unknown at this time
Need to remarry it to my car with a custom tune currently loaded

Thanks!

it will need to be done in real time ideally as you'll need to be connected to the car with the tool powered up to give us a key and we provide a password.

Thanks

OK. I won't be able to do this until Friday. Will there be someone there to take the call? I was unable to reach anyone last Friday.
