Internal Flash Map Size Error - 2016 Escalade

I have a customer trying to use a Trinity on a 2016 Escalade 6.2L. It has been updated to the most recent firmware available. When he's trying to tune his truck he's getting an error that says "Internal flash map size error on original TCM". Please help! Thanks!

8 speed tranny?? the 8 speed tranny is not supported. so on the trinity, you have to set the transmission type to MANUAL.. that way it skips trying to read/write to the TCM.. and it will only tune the ECM/engine..

Let me know as well when support is available . I just picked up a Yukon Denali XL 6.2 8 speed..... would like to see if i can better the performance with trinity or if i should sell it????
BTW Lew thanks for all your previous help with my 08 suburban and the info you gave me... made a big difference

Update the trinity and the TCM tunes will be there if the TCM is up to date.
