cannot get intune dcx to update via mac laptop

bought intune dcx second hand. it states it will fit 2011 to 2014 rams. when i attempt to program the vehicle it says vehicle not supported. so i figure it needs to be updated as its dcx firmeware level is 1ro1t. but every time i drag and drop the update file onto the tuner it doesnt work. anyone have any ideas.

can you post the info.xml file here so I can check it out?
Its on the intune drive.
