getting knock on r/t charger

hi
im using r20 canned 93 cai tune ( i have mopar cai and catbacks)
noted with predator data logging 4-5 degrees on knock
how do i get rid of it?
what parameters should i be looking at for the knock ?
(currently im looking at LT , ST and total knock retard) and whats a good afr for WOT and when not WOTting

also im getting mopar headers installed this weekend and i know for sure the guy who will install them (as he said it will take 2 days ?!?) will take the car for a spin before he will give it back to me .. so as a precaution how much fuel should i add using predator before hand so as to not get the engine damaged?

I would first recommend you try a different brand of fuel.
For the long tubes add 5% of fuel.
