Blown Engine 2015 Eco Boost F150

My F150 3.5L Eco Boost went down in a ball of flames and smoke on Friday! The truck has 19k Miles and I have been running a tune since 2-3k miles. At this point I'm not too sure what happened as the dealer has not been able to look at it.
I have a few questions, I restored the tune to original what will the ford dealer see when they start to look into things?
Has anyone else had a turbo blow up?

theres nothing for them to see to indicate you had tuned it.
if the turbo blew up, it was a mechanical failure.
