i1000 - Updater sends me directly to registration

I'm trying to update an i1000 with 1r04i. When I start the Intune updater (it still has the old one on it), the updater pops up and does a check then closes and opens the product registration window. I tried it on another PC and it doesn't even have the updater pop up, I double click the updater program and it just immediately opens up internet explorer with the product registration window. How can I get this updated? Thanks!

save this to the intune drive then update
