I restored factory settings to my 14 Ram before taking it in for service. After getting it back (and even putting drive cycles on it) the programmer say it might need a PCM calibration update and to plug it in to my PC. When I plug it in there are no updates available. current version is 1t04j in the info tab?

it downloaded the update for me, copy this to the i2 drive and it will import it then you can load the update then tune the vehicle.
