Hello,

I have the following problem, I want to put my car back to stock, and the predator give me the following message:

"Unable to restore original tune, please take note of the following error: unknow error ().

What could be the problem??

whats the version on top line of the main menu of the device?

this is generally a communication issue, do you have any other non stock electronics in the vehicle?

the error you describe is most often related to a communication issue keeping the tool from properly communicating with the car, usually due to something tied into the harness or voltage draw.
