Just got the intune last week, installed the 87 octane tune(which during the tune says its the tow tune), and immediately knew I needed plugs due to major misfiring under load. Changed out the Denzo iridium plugs that were in it and noticed the gap was right around .042-.043 across the board for all 6 plugs. I put in the ford motorcraft sp-534 and squeezed them ever so slightly to .028 from the factory .030.
Took it out for a drive and noticed the misfires were completely gone, however at just above 5000rpm, the truck starts making a god awful spark knock sound and basically falls on its face. I immediately let off. It almost feels like the transmission is not wanting to shift as well. I put it back to stock tune, no issues to redline, shifts gear to gear.
Installed a boost gauge yesterday and observed about 12 psi out of the factory tune. Put it back into the 87 octane performance tune and took it out and found that 1st to 2nd is fine, but top of second I get that really bad spark knock sound, and I noticed that when it does it, my boost jumps from 19psi to 22psi and the knocking starts.
Just as a test I put the truck in economy mode and went full throttle and it seemed to be fine on the first run, but 2nd run it knocked again, but not nearly as bad as the 87 tune. I did not confirm the boost.
Does this sound familiar at all? How should I go about trying to remedy this?

Is there a tutorial on how to do this?
I plugged my intune into my computer and it installed updates and I activated the wifi, I'll retune the truck now.
