need help custom tune

I have 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter Hemi it has a custom CMR tune on it I just picked up a predator programmer and it will not allow me to back it up to further customize the tune I do not have the factory backup file is there anything that can be done? thanks

the tool will not read out another tune as a backup...

you can call in and we can force the new tool to load a stock file to the truck so you can start over if needed.
