Hello everyone, i have an interesting situation on my hands. I have a 2015 Charger RT with the 5.7 Hemi. I own a trinity tuner from my last charger rt which was a 2011. So i know the pcm needs to either be sent in for a flash or purchase a new one for the listed price on the site.

SO with all that being said, my situation is this.

My good friend has already purchased an unlocked PCM from diablosport and has installed a cam in his car and wants to give me his old OEM PCM from his 2015 charger with the 5.7 engine. We have almost the same car, only difference is mine has the super track pack which includes launch control and performance pages and sport mode. With his PCM could i send it in and diablosport flashes my VIN number on it and will it work in my car so i can finally tune my car????

Yes, that will work, you just need to specify when you call in that the pcm did NOT come from your car.
