Freezing Intune

I sent in an email but not sure the response time or if posting here is faster...
So I have not connected my Intune in a lil while until last night, my son is coming home to visit (He is in the Army) so I wanted to have the car ready for him cause he is looking forward to driving it, so I thought I was doing a good thing by updating it but it, it was on a 01 version, I got it to update to 1r03y, but it will not take the newest, errors saying something like it needs to be registered first, How do I do that?
BUT MORE URGENT... is now I cannot flash my custom tune NOR my original tune. When I try it freezes, all goes well for a moment, asks for a couple key cycles, then says it's restoring the original file and then the lil spinning deal freezes and it never finishes.
Please help me asap... thank you.
