calibration for 2016 fiesta st

calibration for 2016 fiesta st

so tried installing this tonight, asked for an updated calibration, and running software says no updates available.

Any ideas how to get this working?

attached is the xml file.

save both of these files to the intune drive and try tuning it again after it loads these updates.

Now it says the backup file needs to be downloaded. Please connect to a pc.

Now what do I do?

they're all gone - off for Christmas holiday until next tuesday the 27th..

So I connected it to a pic, downloaded an update and still not working. But now it says requires calibration download.

So it's an endless loop.

Called tech support but said they couldn't handle this issue and needed to wait until next week

Just a little frustrating since I work 8-5 and that's the only time they are open.

did you load the file garrett supplied?
Please post the info.xml file from the intune drive.

I loaded the file but it still asks to connect to pc to download backup
