Tried changing to the gas saver tune and had issues. When it got the the trans tune, the tuner locked up. I waited around 30 minutes and the tuner screen flashed and started downloading again like I had just plugged it in to the port. Now every time I plug it in, it gets to the main screen where you can choose to tune vehicle, scan tool or settings. But when I try to choose an option, nothing happens. The only thing that works is when I hit the question mark on the top right corner, the words under the icons go away and then reappear when i hit the question mark again. I've plugged it in to my computer to see if an update is needed but it doesn't appear one is available.

Has anyone else had this issue?
