Well, my truck was stolen and when recovered my intune was gone.

I had the 93 tune w/Green custom tune installed last.

Two questions:

1. The sob's drove over 1400 miles, so I know the large majority of those miles was with cheap 87 octane. What are the chances of any damage done to the engine, and...

2. What do I do next? Can I just pick up another tune (local guy selling his used/unlocked) and start over, or do I need to take truck to the dealer to flash the PCM. Not really wanting to do that as its still under warranty.

1. Knock sensors will keep it from hurting itself
2. Yes, a new tool will let you get back to stock then reload the new tunes.

Purchased a new dcx and am just now getting around to returning to stock as I decided im going to trade the truck in this week.

Will the new tuner do it by itself, or will I need customer support?

you will need to contact tech support on Wednesday when they are back in the office after the Christmas holiday...
