Diablo trinity calibration id needs downgrade.

Bought a diablo trinity today and get error code cal id 68153768AH not supported need to downgrade to
68153768AE.
I followed the prompts to attach to a pc to get latest cal id update. The update starts and gets to about ten pecent on the pc and it freezes. Im not sure what is causing this issue, i was able to attach it and download an update but now this.
I am driving a 2014 1500 Ram hemi 2wd with 6 speed auto.
If i could get some help it would be excellent.
