after installing DS software to my new computer (operates on win10) ive noticed my HL-340 serial cable isn't being recognized. is there a site I can use to download the proper driver? the drivers from the diablo site wont work. whats funny is I can use my brothers laptop and connect just fine. ive been a DS user for over 4 years, this is a first time issue for me

You may have the same problem that I had with mine running Windows 7. Check the thread just below this one titled u7135 No Communication.

This is using the Predator tuner though. It may be another issue if you have a different tool.
