2012 chrysler 300s endless loop

so trying to get the intune on my 2012 Chrysler 300s v8

it asks for calibration update. i perform it, then it loads a calibration tune into the car.
once this is done i try to write the tune and says a calibration is required

what do i do?

Any Ideas how I get this tune working?

its asking you to plug into a pc and run the updater program and it will pull down the update for teh vehicle.
