I've got a 2006 Trailblazer SS and want to run an electric fan kit from PCM of NC, they offer a patch with hptuner and efi live but nothing for diablo sport. Can a custom tune be written and upload from the intune, and also once the custom tune is loaded will I still be able to make adjustment to transmission pressures, fuel, ext?

no.. you need the hptuners/efilive patch...

because oddly enough, the stock tune file shows that the TBSS has electric fans already (but they don't), but it's the OS that needs the patch to make the settings work, and you need hptuners or efilive to do that...

or you can get an external fan controller for them...

we can enable it for you in cmr as well.

So I need to find someone who has a CMR tuner? or how does that work?

post the tune files here and we'll do it.

you can huh? I've tried every fan type setting in those tbss files before for people, and nothing worked... like I mentioned, if you look at those tbss tune files, it already shows it being setup as having electric fans anyway.. which is odd in itself..

hmm, maybe there is something different with TBSS but we've done it on lots of applications and never had an issue, will see what Zach thinks once we get files.

yeah, any other trucks are fine.. but look at a TBSS file..
