2002 F350 7.3 under full throttle up to 60 mph check engine light on & I get P1212 & P1211. Fuel pressure from electric pump is 60 psi at idle drops to 50 under full throttle then back up to 60. replaced ICP pump still has same fault. ICP pressure is at 500 psi at idle & 3000 at full throttle. ICP regulator is at 12 % at idle and 65 % at full throttle. Check engine light does go off after 3 minutes but then after another full throttle pass it is back on. Any answer to repair this.
