Hi I just purchased a i2010 i2 tuner and it's saying not supported, I plugged it in for all the updates prior to attempting to run a tune, funny thing is that it reads the error codes and stuff

i removed my vin from the logs but here are the details

Please post the actual info.xml file from the i2 drive.

It doesnt look like its talking to the truck, is it in RUN mode when you try this?

idk if this helps but after i plug it in to my windows and do the "check for updates" after the update is complete..
it does not restart and or show any updates are being installed. is there a way i can reset whatever corrupted file is in the drive? just something i thought about..

2nd day with me not being able to use it.. kind of frustrated

the device is asking you to connect to a pc and let it check for updates, it will download the vehicle update then you load that to the pcm then you can tune it.

i have plugged into my pc numerous times....

how can i force the installation of updates before i can disconnect?

( i have left if plugged in overnight)

when i plug it into my truck, it says checking/installing updates, but then goes directly to the disclaimer page and im back to square one.

it doesn't seem to ever restart and or load like the 1st time it had done and or show the load/verify images
