yes, it adds more timing at WOT and yes it adjusts WOT fueling AFR as well.

ok .. what if my car is stock but only with 93 octane tune .. is it be come rich ?
and is it safe to run this tune with stock engine ?
or i have to install CAI ?

no the tune does not make it rich..
and yes the tune is perfectly fine and safe to use on a stock engine, that's what the tunes were made for
