I have an i-1000 that had all kinds of files on it (the previous owner must have tried updating it a bunch and had some custom tunes on it and whatnot). I performed the first update and it went ok, but now the Intune drive doesn't show up on my PC (the Diablosport drive shows up) and on the screen it displays:

"Custom Tune problem: This type of file is not accepted dsdl version: unknown Please use Options -> 'Custom Tune' to load or erase the custom tune"

if I click on "Continue" it just displays "Custom Tune Error" on the screen and it freezes up and won't let me do anything.

open intune drive the moment it appears on pc and delete any custom tune files off the drive.

and FYI there Matt.. the holiday sale ended Dec 31st.. so you need to bump your "new" tuner prices back up to their regular costs of 399 and 599 bud.. before holley sees the MAP violation and puts you on the "do not buy from" list..
