trinity or dsdl wont work
recently updated my trinity to the latest update. following this update my trinity will no longer tune my '10 powerstroke (6.4l), it will load the pcm and tcm tunes to the truck but when you try to drive anywhere it just idles up to 1200 rpm and dumps an insane amount of smoke and will not move. tried to tune a '14 5.3 Silverado and it says needs a calibration update. every time I try to do any kind of update via usb and computer the dsdl will load a small amount of the file to the trinity then stop and the loading window will read not responding. if I try to upload the gm can gas update it will just give me an error message of please change vehicle type and fail no matter what setting of vechicle I choose. as of right now the only vehicle I have found that it will tune is a 15 2.7l ecoboost and it does it with no dead pedaling issues. my trinity was born in '14 so idk if that has anything to do with the not able to update issue. this is my last resort as tech support will not email me back and on the phone all they would do is take my tunes and sent them to an engineer and told me everything was ok and hung up.
