Updating Issue

So it's been a while since I've had an Intune and now I'm back with one. I plugged it in to update and the i2 updater comes up...is this correct?
So I let it go and update with the"group_update.itfg" file and it does its thing, but all the intune will do is say "preparing" and just sit there. Does it normally take 30 mins to update? I bought it used from a reliable person that just used the stock tunes. There is also a pop-up (ddm.exe-No Disk) that comes up that reads "there is no disk in drive. please insert a disk into drive H".
It was acting like it was going to update, now it just doesn't. Is there a reset all to bring in fresh updates?
Thanks
