how long does verifying take following update?

Received my i2020 and ran the updater. It has been showing this screen for quite some time:

Please Wait
OOOO
group_update_6

Does it typically take over an hour?

I do get the continue to reboot. then it just sits. Tried again and it is installer:complete - please wait - group_update_5

open the i2 drive and delete the file called group_update then the tool is ready to go.

Thanks for the reply, Mike. After trying my windows 10 pc which wouldn't run the updater, my macbook which had the reboot hang, I was finally able to complete it with no problems on my windows 7 work laptop. Figures. I was also able to enable the wi-fi.

Today I loaded the easy tune 87 on a tank of 93 for some margin. Ran great. Very happy with it. Much less perceptible lag, of course more boost and the trans settings are great. Amazing so much is left "on the table" pun intended with these ecoboosts. Persistence paid off.
