existing performance tune

I have a 2012 SRT8 Challenger 6 speed manual and just bought the trinity for it.

A little history on he car...I bought this car just over a year ago and it had a CAI, cat back and line lock already installed. I asked the dealership if the car had a tune in it and they said they couldn't tell...fast forward 1 year and the addition of a Barton shifter and the trinity tuner.

when I went to install a tune from the trinity, it told me it couldn't back up the existing tune because it already had a tune it it.

my questions are
1. can I back up that existing tune? if so what do I need to do
2. if i use the existing tune, will I be able to use all the other functions of the tuner?

we need to load a stock file before you can tune it again, please give us a call with the tool powered up inthe car and we can force it to load a calibration update which will set the vehicle back to stock.
