pcm update not working

Dealer flashed pcm for ac update and ever since the diablo tuner has been asking me to update pcm calibration. have done the process of updating the calibration and trying to tune the vehicle and same result after many attempts. please help

did you restore the stock tune prior to going to the dealer?
Please post the info.xml file from the i2 drive.
