Stuck on please wait screen!!!

I have a brand new battery in the vehicle. Volts stays at 12.5 and is stuck on please wait screen after i turn the key but not run the car. I can not get past this to tune the car. It has been updated with no further ones to put on the device anyone else run into this problem???? please help!! ASAP

JP15 I had same issue. I unplugged the i2 and started over. Once its going correctly it'll state its copying the stock tune then go into the Diablo tune. At least thats what mine did today when I received mine.
