2012 f150 ecoboost pcm update

ok so i just bought the i1000 tuner and i updated it using the updater all i keep getting is the pcm needs updating i have been working on this for like 3 hours and everytime i try updating it its up to date and i also went on wedsite and tryed downloading the new programs and still no luck here is the info its giving me please help

its not requesting an update here, are you sure the ignition is in RUN when trying this?

what does it actually say when you try to tune it?
Go to settings/tool info/vehicle info and see if it displays the VIN it reads from the vehicle.
