Before we/anyone spends $350+ on any piece of electronic gear, it's nice (mandatory) too know if we/can use your product. I was just told by someone in customer service the the $359 I just spent is not supported because I own an Apple. Even though it's stated online, on the package, and in the product description that it is compatible & supported.

NOT GOOD!!!!!

if you are using an i2 it is Mac compatible...there is even a Mac specific updater application on the device.
