i2030 wont read

had an issue with the old style preditor, did the trade in for the new i2. get a read failed message when trying to load a tune. does currently have a diablo tune from the old one installed.

Aftermarket stereo installed?

2004 2500hd duramax. I spoke with another tech tried an update. No luck.. been waiting 3 days for answer from engineering. Nothing aftermarket. Does have a Diablo preditor tune in it from my preditor that had issues tech told me I have to upgrade to the i2. Which I bought and it won't read
