Intune Stuck on "Please Wait" 05 mustang

Hello, just trying to upload custom tune and the programmer is getting hung up on "please wait" when I try to do anything besides access the settings menu.

I have updated and re-updated and now just looking for a little direction. Tried calling cust support too. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Application is a 2006 Mustang GT 4.6

Here you are. I see the updater is 'missing' but not sure how to fix it. Have updated a couple of times
