2014 Mustang Fails To Read Backup

After installing an update I2 trys to read the backup. I then get an error message "Read failed". I have ran this over a number of times and and it still gets to about 98% complete and then I get the error message "Read Failed".

please save the attached file to the i2 drive and let the device import it then try again.
