CAN NOT GET UPDATE
I just bought the intune i2 for my 2015 f150 5.0. I plugged into my mac to get updates and I can't get past the restarting phase. The tool will restart but never move past the "please wait" screen. Please Help anyone

Fixed by powering up tool using wall socket. This allowed the update to install properly.
