mustang gt with novi 1000 and diablo chip

Broblem:Bought Paxton Novi 1001818 kit for 1999 Mustang GT and with the set came Diablosport chip number jku3nfdi. Assemled the kit, also bigger injectors that came in the set and the chip.Car did run wery rich and no power.Replaced original injectors and took chip off.Did run better but detonation after 4500 rpm.
Put only the chip back, did run well, no detonation ,9 psi boost.Conversation with Paxton, they thought bad chip, send other, same situation.Tried to figure out the broblem with Paxton but they said the car must be tuned in dyno.
As living in Finland and not having so many Fords here , no one has tuners for Fords, dynos we have.Also the set was bought to be out of box ready to run.
Now wondering could you at Diablosport or anybody else help me with the problem?

It is really difficult to diagnose this issue without actually seeing the car. It sounds like you are saying that it ran good with just the chip, and no injector swap, correct? If so, and if the A/F looks good like that, why not leave it like that?The other thing you need to consider is that a vehicle that may seem to be in perfect running condition while naturally aspirated, may develop new issues with the addition of forced induction. You need to make sure ALL facets of the car are up to par. Double check your spark plugs, spark plug wires, coil packs, fuel filters, fuel injectors, fuel pump, etc, etc. The issue you describe could be the result of any one or more of these items needing servicing or replacement.

Yes,it runs best with original injectors and the chip.There is still some thing wrong with the system.It runs wery rich on cruising speeds, about 7 to 8 mpg.
Also I like to tune it on a dyno te get it right.In the chip there is 2 connectors, one with 4 pins, other with 2 pins.What are these for? Is there some kind interface to tune the chip vith a pc or some other systm/device?What is the chip supposed to do? My guess is to enrich on boost and maybe retard timing.If so it does not do it right.The chips are black coloured and made by diablosport so I suppose that you know what to do.I am starting to be really desperate so any help will be wery welcome.Tried to put a photo of the chips here but did not figure out how.Maybe some personal mail adress to send the photos?

I would suggest you use the dealer locator on our website to find a tuner in your area that can flash that chip for you while the car is on the dyno. This will allow you to dial the combo in properly.

To become a dealer seems to be impossible due that I have not bought any of your product.The chip came with the supercharger kit.Me and my brother own a company that repairs and servises american cars and also we do some motor modifications.We have been with blowers and centrifugal compressors about 25 years and this first one that don´t work fine.Somehow I like you to help me with this Ford system.I future there may be some more Ford owners that may want supercharge their cars and then it would be nice to have some contact and system to tune-up the cars.Also we have here many american cars that might like to get more power out so there could be a possibity to sell your procuts.
So ,any comment?

Then if you do have records of this purchase for the Supercharger Kit, I would contact Vortech/Paxton and see if they can reflash the chip for you for the modifications that you have on the vehicle. Every little detail will be needed from plugs, injectors, fuel pumps, ect. If this doesnt help please let me know. I will look for other options.

For real guys,as mentioned in first message, Paxton suplied one chip with the kit.It didn´t work.They send second, flashed to work with the sc kit.Did not work either.The reason I turned to you was that Paxton couldn`t help me more and the chip is yours.
