Cole you have not responded to my PATS post. Cal ID was your last post yet Cal ID is in my info! I checked it for you anyway and it has not changed or anything. I am thinking you guys really dont give a shi*! Delays are because you are writing me a Valid update for my tuner? I have had the PATS system bypass blinking theft light since day one with your tuner brand new purchased through Diesel Innovations 2 years ago. Did not know the problem was the tuner until I had this thing into Ford for some Warranty work and had them check the PATS. Ended up getting all new theft system components and ultimately a new PCM because they said they were unable to communicate with the old one. Their claim was " a program has been burned into it and we cant seem to flash it". Please help! I would like to use this tuner again. I dont think resale is a valid option considering the problems with lack of support. Can I get a refund?

We are in the process of updating the tunes for this tool. I assure you that when the update is done you will no have any issues with your pats. I could not find anything in the tunes that would cause your disabling of the pats system. But your issue is one that we will test before we make a release on the new update.
