Did Diablo eliminate the skip shift feature

I have been running the same 93 CAI tune for a while with skip shift off. I had to take my 2010 Challenger SRT8 in for a passenger side airbag recall and the dealership also flashed/updated the pcm (I took everything back to stoke before going). So I get back home and plug in my intune and it says the PCM is not supported. So I began the process of updating and then loaded the CAI tune like normal, but now the skip shift is back and I am losing all power after 4000 rpms(assume rev limiter?)! Of course I am not home and don't have the intune! Not sure how this could happen as I did not change any of the presets. I am going to set back to stock when I get home tomorrow and maybe try again? Any ideas? I tried calling Diablo, but they are off today for Easter holiday.
