Hello everyone,

I recently just purchased a Intune i2, part #i2010 plugged it in to my windows laptop and its been stuck forever on the "Checking/Installing Updates" also when I opened the Intune Update via the folder it tells me "registration unable to locate file D:\Info.xml" and below it "unable to locate file D:\Info.xml" the times I do end up in the main menu it wont even update via wifi, stays stuck configuring wifi. This is for a 2013 Dodge Charger. My email is [email protected]

this is what comes up.

I work long shifts so never have time to call, but really need help updating this thing. Even updating through the tuners new WiFi setting is useless, gets stuck on "confirming wifi" part.

Same problem with the Mac version as well

Yup on the Mac it doesn't even allow me to open the updater. Which is why I tried it on Windows, but still can't update the tuner. Super frustrating.

Was this issue resolved? If so how? I have the same problem.
