got a predator used of course had v9r14 in it already said needed update when connected to the truck. I found the file for the truck and tried to install it now getting this file is missing or corrupt on the tuner any time its powered up and it will not do anything just keeps resetting. what do I do here?

you must have tried updating that, but its already on the latest update, you'll need to set it to legacy connect and tell it what com port the device is on then load this to it
