Trying to install my Trinity into a 2012 Dodge Challenger 5.7. I did the updates and I'm get a message saying my" calibration 05156128AH is not supported. Need to downgrade to 05156128AD in order to continue". Am I missing an update or is it not compatible with my car?

it wants you to connect to a pc, open the dsdownloader software and look for the calibration updater button. click that and it will download the file you need then you load that to the car, then you may tune it.

my car is a crysler 2011 5.7
the message is " calibration 68139881AH is not supported. Need to downgrade to 6813988AE in order to continue"
already the trinity was updated with the last file "v.1r13e"

you need to connect to a pc and open the dsdownloader and let it find the tool then click the calibration updater button to get the file it is requesting.

I am having the same issue. I have the latest v.1r13g and when I connect the T1000 to the PC again, it doesn't download anything. Instead it asks for a file from my computer. I have a 2014 R/T Charger. I used the tuner before and it worked without issue.

Had similar issue over the weekend. Did some work on the car and had to disconnect the battery. Just in case, I loaded the stock tune to the car before I disconnected the battery because this tuner seems to be a little "glitchy". Did my work, put everything back together and the T1000 says not supported. Hooked the T1000 to the computer, did the update (took multiple tries to work). I couldn't get the correct update on the device from my computer, ended up saving the crom file to my computer and then uploading to the T1000 (took multiple tries to work). Finally got the update on the T1000 and them uploaded to the car (took multiple tries to work).
I'm new to this stuff, and maybe the problems are on me. I would suggest to keep trying until it takes. I don't remember how many tries it took to get the tune back on the car but it was 45-60 minutes of head scratching and repeating the steps. Good luck!

you are in the wrong mode, go to options/change vehicle type and select the 2011 model and let it reboot then it should work.

I'm having the same issues on my 2014 ram 1500 5.7. I've plugged it back into the computer several times already. downloaded the crom to my tool and everything and still nothing.
