2017 Mustang GT Tune issues

Post by Blkonblkonblk »

Purchased a kit from Just Bolt On Performance. Included Diablo i-2020 and Air raid CAI. Installed CAI as normal. Updated the tuner. Went to tune vehicle only had 'JLT cold air intake and Steeda cold air intake' plus the base 91 and 93 tunes. On JLT the car Idles rough and dies on initial start up also threw a "service steering assist" once so went back to factory. Tried the Steeda and it says "Stock Boost" which has me concerned. Car runs great on the base 93 tune but my CAI tunes are not compatible.I might note I'm not green when it comes to tuners. I have a Cobb on my ST and have had several SCT's over the years and have had zero problems. What is my next step? Has anyone else had any experience with this issue?

The Airaid intake does not require a tune.

If a tune was had for it with your Diablo sport I2020 would there be power gains?

Typically with a manual transmission car with an Airaid and tune on 93 we will see around 400rwhp/380tw on our dynojet. Stock usually baseline around the 380-385hp/360-365tq range.
