Predator U7135-9r15 problem via connecion/load soft to car

Got serious problem with my pred u7135-9r15.
Car info:
2005/2006 Chrysler 300c 5,7 HEMI

In pred's memory is allready my stock car soft, and I m unable to custom my soft. When I connect pred to my car via OBD i got text: "the last tune did not finish. the original will be restored". After i click "OK" button everything is correct, until preds show: turn the key off/on" after doing this and clicked OK preds showing "unable to restore orginal backup" and i got this everytime when i m trying to do anything so its a loop.
I really want to still be on a 9r15 coz I will want to EGR off /car is used in Europe and I dont need EGR in my country.
I m stuck whit a useless predator thing can u help me ?

early 05 model?
Sounds like the Predator has failed unfortunately.

Thx for your post.
Car is produced in 2005 but model 2006.
In my predator i can olny use a "dyno mode" this funcion only works.
I can put a car VIN numer if it help.
If pred is broken can i load a fresh firmware to this tool? Or any other ideas?

its hard to see the screen in that video, are there any specific errors that come up?
What is the vehicle VIN?

Im afraid the Predator has an issue and may not work any more.

this is an 05 model. (10th digit of VIN indicates model year)
It seems the tool is no longer going to work here.
We offer a trade in credit if you want to upgrade to an i2 or Trinity.
